In 2013, we took the decision to integrate Hotel Alexandra into Hilton International. Today, Alexandra Barcelona a DoubleTree by Hilton has been renovated inside and out. And we decided to count on HotelTIC to manage the technological change that we had ahead of us.
HotelTIC helped us a lot in the whole process, providing knowledge and experience and being the best spokesperson between the Hotel's operational side and Hilton. Even though the conversion process is over, we still count on HotelTIC for everything related to ICT.
